Power transformers designed for operation up to 135 MVA and voltages up to 170 kV. They are mainly used in high-voltage transmission and distribution networks, power plants, combined heat and power plants, and in industries where high power and transformer reliability are required.

They are used to step up voltage in transmission lines and step down voltage in distribution lines, enabling efficient and safe energy delivery to industrial and commercial consumers.

Our transformers are custom-designed to meet specific customer requirements and optimized for maximum efficiency. We utilize proven, dedicated designs developed specifically for power transformer applications.

SPHERA MPT from Green Transfo is a high-power oil-filled transformer combining modern technology, high manufacturing quality, and a sustainable production approach, dedicated to demanding power engineering applications.

Since 2023, following the acquisition of the company from Schneider Electric, we have been part of the international Cahors Group — a leader in the power engineering sector. Cahors factories located in various countries specialize in selected product groups, enabling maximum efficiency across the entire supply chain. Thanks to this, the Cahors Group is able to deliver up to 32,000 transformers annually to global markets, including oil-filled and dry distribution transformers as well as power transformers up to 135 MVA and rated voltage of 170 kV.
